The Lincoln Room - Enjoy a feeling of 19th century America in this antiques filled room with queen size bed, pine wardrobe and desk, comfortable chairs and reading tables and lamps. U.S. Memorabilia, a library of presidential biographies and history books invite you to settle in and enjoy the warmth and comfort of this room. Start each morning with a beautiful view of the pond and barns as you watch the cows head out to the field.
The Lincoln and Americana rooms share a full bath including separate shower and oversized soaking tub. The bathroom can be rented as a private bath if available.

The Victorian Room - Step back in time in this richly appointed room furnished with queen size oak bed, oak writing table, reading lamps and comfy chairs for relaxing. See the morning sun sparkle off the waters of the pond and your beautiful day is off and running!

The Toy Room - Toys for kids of all ages...from Sesame street characters to Disney, Legos, tractors and farm animals to jewelry making crafts. The Kid's room, as we call it, has two twin size beds, full closet, desk, wardrobe, reading lamps and table and children's books from nursery rhymes to Little Women and The Red Badge of Courage. Of course, if you're in a nostalgic mood, you don’t have to be a kid to stay in this lovely room.

Breakfast
After a well rested night in one of our four cozy and comfortable rooms, enjoy a leisurely breakfast in our country kitchen dining area, or, if you prefer, on the wraparound porch that overlooks our barns and pond. We offer a full country breakfast of specially prepared fresh fruit, freshly baked breads and muffins, a delightful breakfast entree with bacon or sausage, juice and of course, a never-ending tea pot and bottomless freshly ground and brewed coffee.
Special dietary needs and restrictions will be cheerfully and skillfully prepared. Please let us know ahead of time. Breakfast is generally served between 8 and 9am, but can be tailored to suit your vacation schedule.
Common Areas
Enjoy the tranquility of our comfortable living room with its many antiques, cozy lap blankets, Direct TV and a library of books and DVD's. Bring in your cup of coffee, tea, hot apple cider in winter, lemonade or glass of wine. Relax and enjoy.
One level up from your bedroom, the attic landing features presidential portraits, a 150 year old wall map of Steuben County and more books. Climb the spiral staircase to the cupola (or magic room as my grandchildren call it) and view the farm from the uppermost point of the house. Settle in a cozy wing chair with a good book. There are books and games for the children and their very own kid-sized table and benches to sit on and work the many available puzzles.

Sorry, at this time we do not utilize debit or credit cards. Cash or checks only are accepted.
A personal check in the amount of one nights' stay two weeks prior to your arrival will confirm and guarantee your reservation. The balance will be due at time of checkout.
Though we love pets and our two indoor cats, Annie and Mischa share the farmhouse with us, we cannot accommodate other pets.
Should a cancellation or change in reservation be necessary, please contact us at 607-522-7733 at least seven days before your scheduled arrival. If cancellation takes place with less than seven days notice, the charge may be used on a future stay.
Please, a no smoking policy is strictly enforced inside the house.
